Johnny Depp’s supergroup Hollywood Vampires have announced a new UK tour for 2023 with a stop at AO Arena in Manchester. The group, consisting of Depp, American shock rock legend Alice Cooper, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and Tom Henriksen, announced their tour after having to cancel their previous one due to the pandemic.
Hollywood Vampires will be playing a headlining concert at AO Arena in Manchester on Saturday, 8 July 2023. Depp surprised fans earlier this year when he appeared on stage in Sheffield with Jeff Beck while in the middle of his highly publicised defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard.
He is bringing his full band with him this time for a round of summer dates in the UK. Alice Cooper said about the upcoming tour "I can’t wait to get back with the guys, I really love being in that band.
“My band is great and wonderful, but playing with the Vampires is an entirely different situation. I don’t necessarily do any theatrics at all, I’m just the lead singer, in a band, and the band just happens to be one of the best bands around.
“It’ll be great to see Johnny and Joe and Buck and Chris and all the guys. We’ll be rocking these places, especially the UK, I can’t wait to get to the UK. Lock your doors, put garlic all around, because the Vampires are coming.”
