The summer schedule will support more than 2,000 local jobs.

John Irving, chief executive Liverpool John Lennon Airport, said: "As our longest serving airline partner of nearly 40 years with around 40 million of their passengers having chosen to travel via Liverpool in that time, firstly I'd like to thank Ryanair for their continued support and for this latest commitment.
"This news highlights Liverpool John Lennon Airport’s strategic importance for the city Region and wider North West and North Wales and will bring more jobs, more investment and more choice for the region’s travellers as well as for those from overseas visiting the region via the airport too."
