Taylor Swift Eras Tour: The Premier League stadiums popstar could perform at including Man Utd, Man City & Leeds - gallery

Taylor Swfit tickets for her UK dates look likely to be gold dust when shows are announced, and she could play some of the iconic Premier League stadiums.

Swifties across the globe are struggling to control themselves after Taylor Swift began the hugely-anticipated The Eras Tour in the USA last weekend.

The global superstar is playing hits from across her award-winning discography on the tour in a setlist that has added up to more than three hours long with an impressive 44 hits making the cut.

Swift broke records to become the most-attended female concert in US history when kicking off the tour in Glendale, Arizona on Friday night as 70,000 fans turned out.

Fans of the singer in the UK may be feeling a little left out as Americans get to enjoy The Eras Tour while the wait for European tour dates continues.

When releasing her album Midnights last year, Swift did confirm that she would be returning to the UK for her first headline shows since 2018's Reputation tour but there is still no news as to when or where.

What's more, British Swifties were sent into overdrive when Premier Events seemed to confirm a date for a Wembley Stadium show this summer, although this just emerged to be a prediction.

Away from Wembley Stadium, there are many outdoor venues in the UK fit for hosting a gig the size of Taylor Swift's. Those include Premier League stadiums and below we look at whether each side in the English top flight would be capable of welcoming the global pop star and The Eras Tour.
