Ruben Amorim might have settled upon a new strongest Manchester United line up after their victory over Liverpool in the Premier League last weekend. United produced their finest display under Amorim as they won at Anfield for the first time in almost a decade and recorded consecutive league wins for the first time under the Portuguese head coach.
Amorim made some bold selection calls for the match, with Leny Yoro and Benjamin Sesko dropped from the starting line-up, though you would still expect both of them to be in United's strongest side most weeks. The United head coach will stress that it requires a squad effort to achieve their target of a top-five finish this season, though, without European competition or Carabao Cup matches, there are fewer opportunities to rotate the side.
It means those on the periphery might have to wait to get their chance from the bench, and with that in mind, we took a look at what United's current back-up lineup looks like.
