Tottenham and England captain Harry Kane is all over the headlines at the moment as talk over the striker potentially moving to United continues. However, there is another potentially huge transfer that could take place concerning the club this summer and that involves PSG’s Neymar.

The Brazilian is also being touted as a potential summer recruit for Erik ten Hag’s side but it is early days and we are yet to see any concrete evidence to suggest they are planning what would no doubt be a massive financial investment in the former Barcelona man. However, reports in Spain are suggesting some positive news that could get United fans excited.

According to sport.es, Neymar does want to leave Paris this summer but only to join Manchester United. It is claimed that both the player and the Ligue 1 champions believe his time in the French capital is over.

Other crucial aspects of the report claim that Neymar would have to lower his current salary before United sign him and that signings arriving means that their budget will have to be balanced, alluding to potential player exits from Old Trafford. PSG play their final league game of the season this Saturday against Clermont Foot but the Brazilian will not feature as he is currently out with injury.
