Which Man Utd Premier League games are on TV in August & September - Liverpool, Arsenal & more

All of Manchester United’s first league games in 2022/23 will be shown live on TV.

Manchester United fans in the UK will have plenty of opportunities to see Erik ten Hag’s first games in charge, with his seven opening Premier League games set to be shown live on TV.

Excitement has only increased further among the supporterbase following a hugely successful pre-season of Thailand and Australia that saw the Red Devils win three of four matches, scoring 13 goals across those outings.

This weekend sees a double header of friendly matches against Atletico Madrid and Rayo Vallecano, before the team’s attention and focus fully switches to the 2022/23 campaign.

So far, the Premier League have announced the TV schedule for the first eight matches, which neatly brings the season up to the end of September.

The Red Devils are set to be shown on Sky Sports or BT Sport in seven of those matches, the exception, oddly, being the home clash with rivals Leeds United.

That match has been moved to Sunday 18 September due to Ten Hag’s side playing in the Europa League three days prior, but it has not been selected by the broadcasters to be shown live in the UK.

Of the seven matches, five will be shown by Sky Sports and two on BT Sport, and includes huge encounters against Liverpool and Arsenal, as well as the season-opener with Brighton & Hove Albion.

But which fixtures will be shown on the various channels? Below we have the TV details in the UK for all seven matches…
