Manchester United and Man City are both being backed for improved Premier League finishes this season, according to the latest Opta predicted table.
United currently sit sixth in the Premier League after a run of three successive wins under Ruben Amorim, while City sit one place ahead of them in fifth after they lost to Aston Villa. United travel to face Nottingham Forest in the league this weekend, and City are at home to Bournemouth.
This weekend will represent the tenth match for every team in the league and provide a clearer picture of where each side can be expected to finish come the end of the campaign. There is still a long way to go and a lot that could change, but this is what the latest Opta predicted table looks like.
