Manchester United endured a turbulent summer as they prepared for this campaign. Erik ten Hag came through the door as their new permanent manager and left Eredivisie champions Ajax.
He wasted no time in putting his own stamp on the squad and brought in the likes of Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, Casemiro and Antony in the last transfer window in an attempt to bolster his squad.
The Dutchman also gave the green light for a whole host of players to head out the exit door at Old Trafford to clear space in his ranks.
It has been a mixed start to the season for United and after losing their opening first two games against Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford, they have since only lost once in their last five.
Here is a look at where all the individuals who left the club permanently over the summer are now.

1. Edinson Cavani, Valencia
Playing in La Liga for Valencia following his exit from Old Trafford. The striker has featured twice so far but is yet to score.

2. D’Mani Mellor, Wycombe Wanderers

3. Jesse Lingard, Nottingham Forest
The England international joined newly promoted Nottingham Forest and was one of 23 players the Reds brought in. Lingard has struggled to make an impact so far at the City Ground. | Getty Images

4. Juan Mata, Galatasaray
