Man Utd forward Jadon Sancho shone for loan side Borussia Dortmund in their Champions League victory over PSG.

Jadon Sancho is still unsure where he will be playing his football next season amid an uncertain future at Manchester United.

The 24-year-old was frozen out by Erik ten Hag after a public falling out last summer and was made unavailable for selection prior to his loan move to former side Borussia Dortmund in January.

Sancho is unlikely to have a future at United while Erik ten Hag remains in charge of the club, but he could be given a second chance if a managerial change is made. It will also be interesting to see whether or not the Ineos Group intervene over his current situation and veto Ten Hag’s decision to freeze him out.

He looks back to his best playing in an environment where he is so comfortable and produced a masterclass as Dortmund defeated Paris Saint-Germain in the first-leg of their Champions League semi-final tie on Wednesday night.

The forward, who previously spent four years Dortmund before completing a £73million move to Old Trafford, admitted that while he was happy to be back in Germany, he was still unsure what the future holds for him.

He told CBS: "Obviously I came here at 17 and they gave me the opportunity to play professional football so I'm just delighted with all staff and players that welcome me back." United great Peter Schmeichel then asked him whether he would like to remain at Dortmund beyond his current loan spell, to which Sancho replied: "Who me? I really don't know? I'm just focused on the present right now."

As well as his club future, Sancho was also quizzed on his international future and whether he believed a call-up to England’s Euro 2024 squad could be on the cards. He added: "I take it game by game and performances like today I hope it carries on."
