Manchester United are one of a number of clubs showing an interest in Sweden Under-21 international Otto Rosengren, according to Mjällby’s sporting director Hans Larsson.
In an interview with Danish magazine Tipsbladet, Larsson revealed teams from across Europe are monitoring the midfielder who started 21 out of 28 games in the Swedish top flight last term.

Larsson revealed there has yet to be an offer made for the player and feels there is not yet a desire from the midfielder to move on.
“There have been some Danish, English and a Dutch club looking at him. Viborg, AGF and Manchester United, among others, have been looking at him,” said Larsson.
“There is nothing concrete about him. There have been some rumours, and then several clubs have looked at him.

Rosengren has made three appearances for Sweden Under-21s, scoring two goals. Man United were knocked out of the Europa League by Sevilla on Thursday night but are in a strong position to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Erik ten Hag was given support in his first transfer window at Old Trafford and is likely to be backed in the transfer market again after turning around the Red Devils’ fortunes.
