Fans will be purchasing their season tickets ahead of the 2023/24 campaign beginning.

With the new Premier League season a little over two weeks away from starting again, supporters up and down the country will be getting their tickets sorted for the first games of the 2023/24 campaign.

The new season begins with reigning top-flight and European champions Manchester City travelling to Turf Moor to take on a familiar face in Vincent Kompany. The Belgian led Burnley to promotion last season, at the first attempt, and has already faced Pep Guardiola in his brief managerial career, although that did end in a 6-0 defeat last March.

That game takes place on Friday 11 August, with City’s first home game coming against Newcastle United the following weekend.

As for Manchester United, they begin with an Old Trafford encounter against Wolverhampton Wanderers. That game culminates the opening round of ‘23/24 fixtures, with the clash taking place on Monday 14 August.

With United and City having two of the biggest grounds in the country, and possessing huge fan bases in Manchester and further afield, there’s plenty of demand for tickets each week. For the most committed supporters, purchasing a new season ticket is a must every summer.
