Old Trafford is a world famous iconic football stadium which has seen some of the biggest names in the game grace its pitch. It has seen many title wins, cup successes and even hosted other sports.
The stadium is still regarded as ‘The Theatre of Dreams’ and is still a sought after place to visit, for Utd fans and visiting supporters. It is still rare that there are any tickets left for a fixture at the famous old ground.

Over the years, there have been some truly incredible games taking place at Old Trafford. These have stood tall as brilliant fixtures through the decades.
To reflect on the old stadium, we’ve taken a look at some of the stand out moments to take place at Old Trafford over the years. From an FA cup tie in the 1920s, to a side on the verge of a historic treble in 1999, Old Trafford is definitely still a cathedral of sport.

2. 1923- FA Cup semi final day
