Manchester United have 10 fitness concerns ahead of their Premier League clash against Brentford this weekend.
Erik ten Hag retains the backing of the United board for the time being, but it is obvious they need to show an improvement in performance as well as results if they are to get their season back on track.
That starts with Brentford on Saturday afternoon, though they might have to do so without a host of senior stars. Three first-team players withdrew from international duty as a precaution, while Amad did not feature for the Ivory Coast due to illness and Harry Maguire is set for a few weeks on the sidelines. Noussair Mazraoui is also set to be out for a few weeks after surgery, while Manuel Ugarte limped out of international duty earlier in the week.
