Manchester United already have an idea of what they would like to do in the summer transfer window, though those plans could quickly change if they manage to win the Europa League. United originally budgeted for next season with the expectation they would not be involved in European football, but they will qualify for the Champions League if they defeat Tottenham in Bilbao later this month.

It would also make United a more attractive prospect for potential signings and put less emphasis on player sales to raise their budget.
