Manchester United defeated Real Betis 3-2 in their second friendly match of their US Tour in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Victor Lindelof came into the side following the huge injury blow to Leny Yoro, while Jadon Sancho started as a false nine in the absence of Rasmus Hojlund. Harry Amass played well at left-back again but it was all about Amad Diallo who has been the standout performer for United during the pre-season tour so far.
Marcus Rashford drew his side level from the penalty spot a minute after they had gone behind to the La Liga side, before Amad put them ahead with a ferocious strike into the bottom corner of the goal. United had a third before half-time when Casemiro fired in from a corner after a clever lay-off from Rashford.
United were the better side at the start of the second-half as well, but were punished for some poor defending when Diego Llorente headed the ball in totally unmarked following a cross from out wide. Ten Hag once again took the opportunity to utilise his full squad, with all the outfield players changed during the match.
The changes spurred Betis on and they were comfortably the better side for the closing stages, but were unable to find an equaliser against a youthful United side.
Here is how the United players rated in the match:

13. Jonny Evans - 6
An important block early in the second-half to deny a goal from a Betis corner. Poor marking for the second Betis goal. | Manchester United via Getty Images Photo: Manchester United via Getty Images

14. Sam Murray - 5
A poor tackle shortly after he was introduced and could have conceded a penalty afterwards too. | Manchester United via Getty Images Photo: Manchester United via Getty Images

15. James Scanlon - 6
Was done few favours played out of position at right-back with little defensive support from Antony. Looked bright going forward. | Manchester United via Getty Images Photo: Manchester United via Getty Images

16. Toby Collyer - 7
Calm and collected in the holding midfield role. Another impressive outing from him, capped with a fine defensive header late on. | Manchester United via Getty Images Photo: Manchester United via Getty Images
