Ruud van Nistelrooy will take interim charge of Manchester United for the penultimate time when they face PAOK in the Europa League on Thursday night.
United are still yet to win a match in Europe so far this season, having thrown away leads in all of their three previous matches, and will be looking to make home advantage count when they face the Greek side at Old Trafford.
Van Nistelrooy hopes to have more midfield options to select from for the game after Mason Mount returned to team training on Monday, while Christian Eriksen has been absent from the last two outings due to injury. Kobbie Mainoo is expected to return after the November international break.
Alejandro Garnacho is United’s top-scorer this season with six goals in all competitions, but could be dropped after his poor performance against Chelsea last weekend.
