As for Garnacho and Amad, they both withdrew from their respective international camps over the break but should be available for selection this weekend.
One player who won’t be involved, however, is Kobbie Mainoo. The midfielder also withdrew from international duty as a ‘precaution’ but United confirmed via their website that the player should be out for ‘a few weeks’.
It’s a blow for United given Manuel Ugarte picked up a knock while representing Uruguay earlier this week. He was replaced in the 82nd minute of the 0-0 draw against Ecuador and is a doubt for this weekend. United confirmed in their injury update that Ugarte ‘ undertook a recovery session’ on Thursday.

Tyrell Malacia still isn’t available as he is still recovering from a long-term knee injury that has prevented him playing in nearly 18 months.
Ten Hag will provide an update on all eight players ahead of Saturday’s game, while Thomas Frank has already addressed the media. The Dane confirmed Yoane Wissa could be back to face United, while Brentford haven’t suffered any new injury concerns during the international break.
