The Man Utd line up has been confirmed for the FA Cup final against Manchester City.

Manchester United have confirmed Casemiro will miss the FA Cup final against Man City, despite being named on the official team sheet for the match.

The Brazilian international was initially named on the United bench, but club media did not list him in the match day squad, with youngster Willy Kamwbala listed instead of him. The club soon clarified the confusion, saying he missed out due to a ‘late injury issue’ and that he was never 100% fit heading into the weekend.

United face Man City in the FA Cup final from Wembley Stadium on Saturday afternoon and know they must win if they are to qualify for the Europa League. A win over their fierce rivals might not be enough to save Ten Hag his job though, after a report suggested he would be sacked from his role irrespective of the outcome of the final.

Ten Hag has made two changes from the side that defeated Brighton on the final day of the season, with Marcus Rashford and Raphael Varane coming into the team in place of Amad Diallo and the injured Casemiro.

It looks like United will play with a false nine with Bruno Fernandes starting the match, while Rasmus Hojlund has been named on the bench against Pep Guardiola’s side.

United XI: Onana, Wan-Bissaka, Varane, Martinez, Dalot, Mainoo, Amrabat, McTominay, Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford.

Subs: Bayindir, Lindelof, Mount, Hojlund, Eriksen, Amad, Kambwala, Antony, Evans.
