Manchester United injury news with updates on Noussair Mazraoui & Alejandro Garnacho
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has provided an update on several of his first team players ahead of the return of Premier League football.
Noussair Mazraoui, Alejandro Garnacho and Amad were all spotted in the latest training session at Carrington earlier this week. Earlier this month it was confirmed Mazraoui had undergone a minor precautionary corrective heart procedure and it was expected he would be out for three to four weeks.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Ten Hag said: “Kobbie and Harry are out for a couple of weeks. Mazraoui returned to training and is available tomorrow.” Asked about Shaw and Malacia, he added: “They are back but we can't force their return. We have to be careful. Of course, we want to do it as soon as possible, as we need a left-back."
Erik ten Hag heads into the game under mounting pressure with United enduring their worst-ever start to a Premier League season. But he will have been relieved to see the three key men return to training on Thursday.
Elsewhere, the muscle injury that Harry Maguire suffered in the recent draw against Aston Villa means he won’t be back for a few weeks, nor will Mason Mount.
