Manchester United are set to be boosted by the return of Mason Mount ahead of their Premier League clash with Burnley this weekend.
The 25-year-old had only just returned from a three-month injury absence before he suffered a setback before United's FA Cup final clash with Coventry City last week, but Erik ten Hag has confirmed that the midfielder is in contention to be involved today.
Mount has only started seven times across all competitions since he joined in a £60 million deal from Chelsea last summer, and is expected to be on the bench when they face Burnley at 3pm on Saturday.
His return is a boost to United at a vital time in the season and there is set to be some further good news with a trio of players expected back in team training next week.
