Manchester United will be hoping to welcome a number of key players back when they face Arsenal in the Premier League this weekend.
Erik ten Hag’s side were dreadful in their 4-0 defeat to Crystal Palace on Monday night as an injury-depleted squad was ran ragged by Palace at Selhurst Park.
Bruno Fernandes missed his first ever club match because of injury and Scott McTominay also failed a late fitness test to make the trip to South London. Jonny Evans was thrown in from the start despite not being match fit after an injury blow to Harry Maguire on the eve of the match.
It means there have now been 64 separate instances of injury or illness that have caused a senior United player to miss a competitive match so far this season.
