‘This game is already gone’ - Manchester United fans react to starting XI on derby day

Manchester United are set to face their local rivals Manchester City on Sunday as they look to return to the top four.

City are in desperate need of three points with Liverpool closing in on them at the top of the table, however the Red Devils have had the upper hand in recent meetings at the Etihad Stadium.

Pep Guardiola’s side have failed to beat United in their last three home fixtures, with form often going out the window when it comes to the derby.

It was confirmed when the side were announced that United will be without Cristiano Ronaldo - a huge omission, though we will have to wait and see what impact this has on their performance.

With Edinson Cavani also out, it looks likely that Bruno Fernandes will start up top, with Marcus Rashford on the bench.

Meanwhile, Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire start as the two centre-backs.
