Ralf Rangnick’s men need a very good run of form between now and the end of the season to secure Champions League football, and that needs to start this Saturday.

But as the wait goes on for United’s return, we have rounded up all the latest transfer news:

Malinkovic-Savic interest

United are said to be considering a move for Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic ahead of this summer.

The Red Devils face losing midfielder Paul Pogba when his contrac expires at the end of the season, and they may well need a new central player.

Milinkovic-Savic could be that man, and Il Tempo report United and PSG are chasing a £70million deal.

Otavio option

Another midfielder being linked with a move to Old Trafford is Porto star Otavio.

The Portuguese is said to be available for around £50.7million this summer, due to a release clause, and A Bola report United and Newcastle are interested.

Otavio has been with Porto sine 2014 and still only 27 years of age. He is an attractive prospect after making a big impact for the Portuguese giants.
