Manchester United 'exploring' transfer swap deal for Bundesliga ace this summer
Manchester United are sat in 15th place in the table and will want to find some more consistency with their form. They have had an underwhelming season so far.
The Red Devils fought back from 2-0 down away at Everton this weekend to draw 2-2. Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte got their goals at Goodison Park.

Manchester United want Aleksandar Pavlovic

According to CaughtOffside, United are ‘exploring’ a move for Bayern Munich midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic. The report adds that they could use Marcus Rashford as part of a ‘swap’ deal.
Pavlovic, 20, could be seen by the Red Devils as someone to boost their midfield ranks. He has potential to develop down the line and would be a useful long-term option.
The Germany international, who has four caps to his name, joined Bayern in 2011 from local side SC Fürstenfeldbruck. He has since risen up through the academy ranks of the Bundesliga giants and has been a regular for them at various different youth levels.

Hide AdPavlovic has made 42 appearances in all competitions so far to date and has chipped in with three goals. He has played 20 games so far this term and faces a lot of competition for his position in the middle of the park for Vincent Kompany’s side.
United may be able to offer him a change of scene and somewhere he can get more minutes. The possibility of landing Rashford, who is out of favour with his parent club and is on loan at Aston Villa right now, could tempt Bayern into selling the prospect.
What now for Manchester United?
United have an ideal opportunity to get back to winning ways against Ipswich after they fightback against Everton. Their upcoming opponents are in the bottom three and are in the drop zone with Southampton and Leicester City.
The Tractor Boys were promoted from the Championship last year but have found the step up tough. They are managed by ex-Red Devils coach Kieran McKenna.

I think there were lots of good things in the performance, no doubt that we started really, really well, should have been ahead. I think we were the better team in the first half.
“A couple of home games in a row that we should go in with a lead on the balance of play and on the chances, and we go in with a deficit. So we’re frustrated by that.
“There’s no doubt that their execution whenever they got their big moments around our penalty box was better than our execution whenever we got our big moments around their penalty box. That was the difference between the two teams.”
He added: “We know playing Tottenham at home is a big step. Five years ago, we were in the middle of League One and they were in the Champions League final. It’s been a really quick rise to this point, which makes it a challenge.”
