The confirmed Man Utd team news and squad latest ahead of the Premier League fixture against Wolves.

Manchester United have included Jonny Evans and Tyler Fredricson in their squad to face Wolves in the Premier League, with Ruben Amorim set to make extensive changes to his starting line up for the match. The United squad was pushed to its limits in the Europa League victory over Lyon in midweek and Amorim will use today to rest key players ahead of a pivotal few weeks in their season.

It means the likes of Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot could both be rested against Wolves, while Kobbie Mainoo and Mason Mount will both hope to be handed their first starts since returning from respective injury issues. There was a huge boost for Amorim ahead of kick-off as Evans returned to the matchday squad for the first time since the Boxing Day defeat to Wolves.

Noussair Mazraoui and Victor Lindelof have also been included in the provisional squad after they had to leave Old Trafford at half-time on Thursday due to separate family issues. Here is a look at all the confirmed squad members that were spotted arriving at the stadium on Sunday morning.

The headline early team news is that defensive duo Tyler Fredricson and Jonny Evans have both been included in the squad, though there were no signs of Luke Shaw or Chido Obo at Old Trafford. It means United supporters might not get too see many promising youngsters involved against Wolves, with heavier squad rotation expected when they face Brentford in two weeks time.

Evans, 37, has only made 12 appearances for the club this season, with just two of those coming since Ruben Amorim arrived at the club. The veteran centre-back featured in his first match in charge against Ipswich and scored a goal during the Carabao Cup defeat to Tottenham in December.

Goalkeepers: Onana, Mee, Heaton. Defenders: Dalot, Amass, Lindelof, Evans, Maguire, Dorgu, Fredricson, Yoro, Mazraoui. Midfielders: Eriksen, Casemiro, Fernandes, Mount, Ugarte. Attackers: Hojlund, Garnacho
