The confirmed team news as Man Utd face Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Erik ten Hag hopes Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof could both be available when Manchester United face Brighton in their final Premier League match of the season this weekend.

United welcomed Lisandro Martinez back from injury in their midweek win over Newcastle and are hopeful that they could be handed another double defensive boost on Sunday afternoon.

Beyond that, Ten Hag hopes Harry Maguire could be available when United face Man City in the FA Cup final next week, but he has admitted Luke Shaw has less of a chance of being involved in the Wembley showpiece event.

“I can’t say, we’re working to bring players back,” he told reporters ahead of the match. “Licha had a good session as well, others on the pitch like Raphael, Victor Lindelof, we have to see how far they are on Sunday. Tomorrow we’re off, Saturday we have training.”

Gareth Southgate will name his provisional England squad for the European Championship on Tuesday and it remains to be seen whether Maguire or Shaw will be involved.

Asked if he had any knowledge of their international involvement, he added: “For England I can’t say but for the cup final we’re working on it. Harry Maguire has a fair chance that he will be available, Luke is more complicated in this moment, let’s say it’s less of a chance he will make it but still a very small chance. He had a setback, now we have to find out how far it is.”
