United are ‘working’ on a move for Bayern Munich ace Alphonso Davies, as per a report by the Express. The Red Devils are still looking to snap up the left wing-back, despite it yet to be known who will be coming in to replace Ten Hag at this stage.
The Canada international is valued at £42million on Transfermarkt. Potential suitors will have to wait until January to lodge official bids.

He has made 201 appearances for Bayern in all competitions to date and has scored 25 goals. The Ghana-born man has won the league title five times, as well as the DFK-Pokal twice and the Champions League once.
Davies moved to Canada as a child and rose up through the ranks at Vancouver Whitecaps. He went on to play 81 games for the MLS outfit and found the net on 12 occasions as a youngster before moving over to Europe.
United could see him as ideal competition for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia. They have had some injury issues in his position over recent times.

United signed the 24-year-old back in 2022 but he has struggled to make an impact in England. He has played 87 matches for them altogether and has found the net on 12 occasions.
He started out at Sao Paulo before moving over to Europe as a youngster when Ajax came calling. The Brazil international was a hit during his time in Holland and scored 25 goals in 82 games before heading over to the Premier League but it hasn’t worked out for him.
