Manchester United are set to confirm the signing of Mason Mount on Wednesday after the player announced his departure from Chelsea on Tuesday night.
The Red Devils are reported to have a agreed a deal worth up to £60m after seeing three bids rejected by Chelsea who were keen to recoup £70m for the player.

Hide AdFabrizio Romano reports the player’s move to United will be confirmed by the club on Wednesday morning, with the player having agreed a five-year contract at Old Trafford.
Mount had just one year remaining on his deal at Chelsea, and opted to seek a move away from the Stamford Bridge outfit after rejecting a new contract, reportedly worth £200,000 a week.
He joined the Blues aged six and addressed his pending move to Old Trafford in a social media video to supporters.
The 24-year-old said: “Hi Chelsea fans, given the speculation over the last six months, this may not come as a surprise to you. But it doesn’t make it any easier to tell you I’ve made the decision to leave Chelsea.
