Man Utd team news: Solskjaer’s update on Maguire, Rashford, Fred & Cavani ahead of Leicester v Man Utd
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has given positive updates on England internationals Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford.
The pair have both faced their respective injury problems this campaign, and Solskjaer confirmed on Friday that the Manchester United captain is nearing a return to first-team action following a calf problem.

“He’s in the squad, yes. If he’s going to start or not, I can’t tell you now because it wouldn’t be right, but he’s worked really hard throughout the whole lay-off,” Solskjaer told reporters via video link.
“He’s been really bright this week, he had a 60-minute involvement behind closed doors last week so he’s fit and raring to go.
“Harry has just joined us on the grass this morning,” he added. “So that was the first time he’s been on the grass. Amad the first time on the grass today as well, so we look quite strong."

While it’s good news for three Reds, two of Solskjaer’s squad are set to miss Saturday’s league trip to the King Power.
Fred and Edinson Cavani both played in Brazil’s 4-1 victory over Uruguay in the early hours of Friday morning.
While they may be back in England in time for the trip to Leicester, Solskjaer confirmed in his press conference that neither would feature against the Foxes.
"Yeah, you know the international breaks, sometimes it’s a time to cross your fingers and hope for the best because as we see with Raphael [Varane], he’s got an injury, out for a few weeks, but then again Victor [Lindelof] and Eric [Bailly] played in the internationals and got good game-time so that was good for us,” said the ex-striker.

“They played well, and that was a good thing for us, [they’re] not injured, hopefully they can be involved again during midweek, during the Champions League [against Atalanta].”
