Man Utd target ‘destined’ to leave and winger was eyed by France ace

Jude Bellingham, who has been linked with Manchester United from Borussia Dortmund, is ‘destined’ to leave in 2023 and a PSG star wanted Marcus Rashford.

Manchester United had a busy past summer in the transfer window as they prepared for life under Erik ten Hag.

The Dutchman left Eredivisie champions Ajax to take over at Old Trafford and raided his former club to bring in Lisandro Martinez and Antony, along with other additions Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, Casemiro and Martin Dubravka.

Here is a look at some of the latest news coming out of the club...

Bellingham latest

England ace Jude Bellingham has been linked with a move to United next year.

The former Birmingham City midfielder will no doubt attract interest from a whole of European greats after an impressive past few years in the Bundesliga.

As detailed in a report by TEAMtalk, Borussia Dortmund face a huge battle to keep him beyond 2023 and he appears ‘destined’ to leave Germany for the Premier League at the end of this season.

PSG star wanted United man

Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe reportedly wanted his side to sign Marcus Rashford over the summer.

The attacker ended up staying at Old Trafford beyond the transfer deadline.

However, as per a report by RMC Sport, Rashford was one of a few targets who Mbappe was keen to work with along with West Ham United new boy Gianluca Scamacca.

Ex-player feeling the heat

Ex-United defender Steve Bruce is under serious pressure as manager of West Bromwich Albion.

The Baggies have won just once this term in the Championship and are in the relegation zone.

He has told the Express and Star: “We’ve had a poor start, one win in 11 is nowhere near acceptable. When I look around me and see all these managers going...we all understand the game, of course we do. I’m not going to give up yet.”
