Rabiot links

United are said to be interested in a deal to sign out of contract Juventus star Adrien Rabiot this summer. According to Calciomercato, Juve were in talks with the midfielder’s agent until recently, but wage demands have caused negotiations to stall

The report adds that United have been in touch with the Frenchman’s agent over a possible deal ahead of the summer. Given Rabiot’s contractual situation, the Red Devils are already free to agree a pre-contract agreement with him, although the wage demands may be a concern.

Tuchel ‘interest’

German journalist Christian Falk has claimed Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel may be interested in taking the United job if Ten Hag is moved on at the end of the season. Tuchel has already confirmed he will leave Bayern this summer, first hoping to win the Champions League for a second time, having already won it with Chelsea. Given his time with Chelsea, Tuchel already has experience of working in the Premier League.

Falk wrote on X: “Now @ManUtd also showed interest in Thomas Tuchel. Tuchel would be ready for a new Challenge in Summer and is very interested in Manchester United."
