Man Utd squad market value: Cristiano Ronaldo’s surprising price tag amid transfer exit links

We take a look at what Manchester United’s squad value is after their summer transfer activity so far and Cristiano Ronaldo’s speculated departure.

Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United squad has seen several incomings and outgoings this summer, with the Dutchman hoping to put his own stamp on the club.

The Red Devils saw Paul Pogba, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Edinson Cavani and Nemanja Matic leave the club at the end of June after their contracts expired, leaving Ten Hag the task of finding suitable replacements.

United’s new boss has signed three new players ahead of their opening Premier League clash against Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday 7 August, with Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen and Lisandro Martinez all arriving.

Malacia is the only name to feature for the Red Devils in pre-season due to his move being confirmed before their trip to Thailand and Australia, which will come to an end on Saturday when United take on Aston Villa in Perth.

One man who could still be on his way out of Old Trafford is Cristiano Ronaldo. The Red Devils no.7 has reportedly asked to leave the club this summer after they missed out on a Champions League place last season, but Ten Hag has stated the forward is part of his plans.

With that being said, let’s take a look at what each United players’ market value is, according to Transfermarkt.
