Manchester United have reportedly set their sights on in-form Fiorentina striker Moise Kean this summer as they aim to revamp their attacking options for the 2025/26 season.
Goals have been a problem throughout the league campaign this year and reports from Fichajes claim Ruben Amorim sees Kean as the type of footballer that could be the solution to the problem as he tries to get United to transfer their strong European form onto the domestic stage.

Chido Obi recently became the Red Devils youngster ever starter in a league match during the 4-3 defeat to Brentford but is waiting for his first professional goal after dazzling for the Under-23s this season.
Why Man Utd are interested in Moise Kean
Former Everton forward Moise Kean is enjoying the season of his life in Serie A and has registered a staggering 23 goals from 42 appearances across all competitions, including 17 in the league which makes him the second highest goalscorer in Italian football this season.
The 25-year-old has had an up and down start to his career in professional football but is now showing signs of living up to his full potential after breaking into the Juventus first team nearly a decade ago at just 16 years of age.

Hide AdFichajes understands Kean’s goalscoring prowess, his creativity, pressing and ability to break the lines makes him an ideal fit for Ruben Amorim’s system and potentially a more affordable target than someone like Victor Gyokeres, who has a release clause of around £84m.
The outlet notes that United aren’t the only team keeping tabs on the Italian’s availability while further reports from Tuttomercato have claimed at Arsenal are attentive to the striker’s situation in Florence.
Would Moise Kean be a good signing for Man Utd?
Manchester United fans will naturally look at the prospect of signing Moise Kean with great trepidation. For starters, their previous two high profile arrivals in attack - Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee both arrived after hitting double figures in Italy but failed to hit the ground running at Old Trafford.
Likewise, United fans will be aware of Kean from his time at Everton which was ultimately unsuccessful with the forward only scoring two times in 34 league appearances while notably being dropped by Marco Silva for a matchday squad due to disciplinary issues.

He boasts 15 take-ons leading to a shot attempt this season - the fourth most in Italian football - while also having the fifth most shots in the division for a team in eighth position which displays his ability to create chances for himself rather than relying solely on his teammates.
Italy coach Luciano Spalletti says that he is ‘more mature’ now and praised is overall hold up play and running qualities when bringing the striker back into the national team setup.
He explained, via Football Italia: “He can hold up the ball and run on to long passes, but he is also a hitman who can feel the goal. He has courage and quite rightly a little bit of arrogance, because you need that mentality and character.”
HITC understands the forward has a release clause of around £43m which is attracting interest from the Red Devils along with Newcastle United and Tottenham.
