According to a report by Football Insider, Liverpool ‘fear’ their director of research Ian Graham is quitting to join United. The Reds have made a slow start to the season and find themselves in 6th position in the Premier League table. Jurgen Klopp’s men are currently seven points off the top four and are four behind Erik ten Hag’s side.

Midfielder facing uncertain future

The Red Devils are ‘reluctant’ to let young midfielder Zidane Iqbal leave on loan in the upcoming January transfer window, as detailed in a report by the Manchester Evening News. The 19-year-old, who is an Iraq international with two caps under his belt, has made one first-team appearance so far in his career. He faces an uncertain future right now with it yet to be known whether he will offloaded this winter.

Academy graduate in line for new move

United academy graduate Phil Bardsley is in ‘talks’ over a move to Stockport County, as per Football Insider. The right-back has been a free agent since his departure from Burnlet at the end of the last campaign. He has also played for Sunderland and Stoke City in the past.
