Man Utd predicted XI to face Norwich with Scott McTominay, Raphael Varane & Luke Shaw out
Ralf Rangnick will have a selection headache with five names likely to miss Saturday’s clash with Norwich at Old Trafford.
Manchester United welcome Norwich City to Old Trafford in Premier League action, with Ralf Rangnick’s side looking to get back to winning ways.
The Red Devils fell to a 1-0 defeat against Everton last weekend and now have only one win in their last five league games.
Fred was substituted early on in the fixture due to a hip problem and was replaced by Paul Pogba, while Scott McTominay, Raphael Varane, Luke Shaw and Edinson Cavani all missed the game through injury.
Rangnick has confirmed that all five men will miss the clash with Norwich at 30m on Saturday. The German said in his pre-match press conference: “Five players will still be missing for tomorrow, and probably the upcoming games. You already mentioned Fred and Scott.
“Raphael Varane will also be out. Luke Shaw, who had his bolts and his metal stuff removed from his leg, and Edinson Cavani. Those are the five that will be missing.”
As for Norwich, they sit bottom of the table with one win in their last nine league games, but will be hoping to upset the odds and secure their second win in as many games at Old Trafford.
With that being said, we take a look at how United could line up on Saturday against the Canaries with injuries throughout the squad.
