Manchester United will host the first Women’s Super League derby of the season against rivals City at Old Trafford. 

Derby day lands on November 19, and both sides will be hungry to claim the city of Manchester as their own, so this match promises all you would expect from a high-stakes WSL clash.

The last time the sides met in May, United picked up a 2-1 win after a fiery 90 minutes at Leigh Sports Village, with City keeper Ellie Roebuck receiving a red card in the 42nd minute. Hayley Ladd had already given United an early lead with Filippa Angeldal equalising before Lucia Garcia sealed victory for Marc Skinner’s side in the dying embers of the game.
