All the latest Manchester United transfer news and rumours as Erik ten Hag and his men ramp up preparations in the south of Spain.

Manchester United’s season remains on hold as the World Cup moves into the quarter-final stage in Qatar.

Rabiot admission

Reported United summer target Adrien Rabiot has revealed his desire to play in the Premier League ahead of the winter window - and indeed France’s World Cup quarter-final with England on Saturday.

“I have always said that I would like to play in England in my career,” the midfielder said. “Will it be at the end of my contract? I don’t know, but I have this goal.

“I don’t have a favourite team, there isn’t really a club where I would necessarily like to play. It is above all [that] its level attracts me. I also think that the way of playing corresponds more to my qualities.’
