United now know how much they may have to pay to land reported target Tammy Abraham.

The Red Devils are in need of a striker heading into the winter window following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo, and they may be reluctant to splash out a huge fee to land a replacement. Abraham, who has been impressing with Roma, could be sold, according to Tuttomercatoweb, but Roma are not going to part ways with their England international for less than £43million.

Reported United summer target Adrien Rabiot has revealed his desire to play in the Premier League ahead of the winter window - and indeed France’s World Cup quarter-final with England on Saturday.

“I have always said that I would like to play in England in my career,” the midfielder said. “Will it be at the end of my contract? I don’t know, but I have this goal.

“I don’t have a favourite team, there isn’t really a club where I would necessarily like to play. It is above all [that] its level attracts me. I also think that the way of playing corresponds more to my qualities.’
