United are already said to have made contact with Benfica over a possible deal for Darwin Nunez.

According to GiveMeSport, the Red Devils are keen on Nunez, who has impressed with the Portuguese club this season.

Journalist Ryan Taylor said: “Darwin Nunez, I know he’s a player definitely that United like, and they’ve initiated contact with Benfica and his agent to sort of gauge what kind of price tag would be enough to get him.”

Lingard talks

West Ham United are reportedly in talks to sign Jesse Lingard this summer.

Lingard is out of contract at Old Trafford and he looks set to leave the club amid limited opportunitites this season.

According to Fabrizio Romano via his CaughtOffside column, West Ham are now in talks to sign the attacking midfielder, who impressed at the London Stadium during a loan spell last term.

Maguire to stay

Ten Hag has confirmed Harry Maguire will stay at Old Trafford next season.

Maguire has come under critiscism regularly since his big-money move from Leicester City, but it seems ten Hag is keen of him to stay.

“He has achieved a lot, also the contribution to Man United, so I’m looking forward to working with him,” the Dutchman said.
