The club have been seeking new investment after it was announced last year the existing deal with TeamViewer wouldn't be renewed.

They have been one of the Red Devils’ main sponsors since March 2021, signing with United during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The deal, which was initially worth £235 million (£47 million per year), has ended earlier than expected. Initially, the deal with TeamViewer was expected to last until 2026. United will still have the option to buy back the rights to the sponsorship, according to a club statement issued last December.

The Daily Mail report: "Qualcomm specialise in providing digital connections through state-of-the-art technology advancements and have recently struck a deal with Apple to provide their new 5G modems.
