Manchester United are now gearing up for a clash with Brighton as they look to get back on track after the international break.
Erik ten Hag’s men went into the break on the back of a late defeat to Arsenal, and they have made headlines for off the pitch reasons during the break. Jadon Sancho’s fallout with Ten Hag has led to headlines aplenty, while Antony has mutually agreed to delay his return to training until further notice in order to address the domestic abuse allegations made against him, reducing United’s depth further.

Garner on Ten Hag
James Garner has opened up on his United departure, dubbing Ten Hag as ‘strict’ in the process.
“Ten Hag is a very approachable man, but very strict. He doesn’t allow anyone to break the rules,” Garner told the BBC. “He tells it like it is and punishes people who have done wrong.
“My discussion with It was easy for him. I simply asked him if I was going to be part of the group or if he saw me playing a role. I felt that the conversation had not gone as well as I wanted and I made the decision to leave.”

United are said to be lining up a deal for Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia ahead of next year.
The Red Devils have a big problem developing on the wing, with Sancho and Ten Hag not getting on, while Antony is unavailable until further notice. According to the Daily Mail, Kvaratskhelia is now a target ahead of next year, with Ten Hag already aware that a winger is going to be needed.
The 22-year-old is under contract until 2027 with Napoli, and he is likely to cost a huge amount, meaning he would likely be a summer target for United.
