The 22-year-old has penned a five-year contract running until 2027.

But that is not expected to be the last business of the window. Here are the latest reports surrounding the Red Devils.

Garner latest

United have included a buy-back clause in James Garner’s permanent switch to Everton.

The midfielder spent the past campaign on loan at Nottingham Forest and helped the Reds gain promotion to the Premier League.

According to reporter Fabrizio Romano, terms are now fully ‘agreed’ and he will be heading to Goodison Park on a deal until June 2027 (see below):

Goalkeeper to stay

Goalkeeper Matej Kovar will reportedly be staying at Old Trafford until January at least, despite interest from the Football League.

The youngster was loaned to Swindon Town last term to get some first-team football under his belt.

As per a report by the Daily Mail, Salford City and Sunderland have been keen on him but he will now stay with Ten Hag’s squad.
