Man Utd defender seals permanent deadline day exit

Manchester United defender Marc Jurado has completed a permanent move to Espanyol, the club has announced.

The 19-year-old moved to Manchester from Barcelona three years ago and has featured for the youth teams, he has also made a number of appearances against senior sides in the EFL Trophy.

A club statement read: "Jurado leaves the club having played total of 86 matches across the Academy's Professional Development Phase and grown both on and off the pitch.

"We wish you the best of luck in the future, Marc, and look forward to seeing where your next steps take you."
