Man Utd and Man City transfers: What day and time does the January window close?
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The January transfer window has just two days left to run for Premier League clubs to complete their business both incoming and outgoing.
Clubs across the country - and in Europe - are facing a race against time to conclude business. Although the window has been a relatively quiet one in the Premier League, both Manchester clubs still have time to do business between now and the end of the window.

Hide AdWhen did the January transfer window open?
The January transfer window opened on Monday, January 1. The EFL transfer window also opened at that time with Italian, German, Spanish and French clubs having also been able to buy players since that date.
When does the January transfer window close?
The January transfer window will close at 11pm on Thursday, February 1. Whilst the transfer windows in Italy, Germany, Spain and France will all open at the same time as the Premier League and EFL, each league has a different finishing time, although they will all end on the same day English clubs.
Will there be any Man Utd additions before the window closes?
Our football writer, Michael Plant, reports: "That looks unlikely and club sources have informed ManchesterWorld that even a loan signing may not be feasible. That said, having moved on 11 players this window, there is more financial wiggle room for the club to invest in the squad. Ideally, United would like to bring in a striker on loan. That was seen as the priority ahead of the window and Anthony Martial’s injury layoff has only exacerbated the situation."
Meanwhile, Manchester City are unlikely to do any significant incoming business before the window closes on Thursday evening.
