Manchester United will need a serious improvement when they travel to face Chelsea in the Premier League fixture this Thursday night.
Erik ten Hag's hopes of qualifying for the Champions League were dealt a major blow after United's dreadful display against Brentford last weekend, a result made even worse by the fact that Tottenham and Aston Villa had both won earlier in the day.
United will need to ensure they are a lot better at the back against a Chelsea side who are just as bad in front of goal, in what looks set to be a captivating and possibly chaotic encounter at Stamford Bridge later this week.
There are also a number of fitness concerns ahead of the match after Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof were both taken off during the 1-1 draw with Brentford. There was also a question of Alejandro Garnacho's availability after he walked straight down the tunnel after he had been substituted.
