Manchester United know they must sell before they can buy in the January transfer window.
Ruben Amorim still hopes to add to his squad with both a left wing-back and a forward on his wish list this month, but United effectively have no transfer budget for new signings in January and any arrivals would have to be financed by player sales.
United are one of the many sides interested in a possible loan switch for Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani, while they are keeping tabs on Lecce left-back Patrick Dorgu, Bournemouth ace Milos Kerkez and PSG star Nuno Mendes.
Marcus Rashford and Casemiro could both leave the club this month to finance those moves, with Victor Lindelof and Christian Eriksen both free to leave if an appropriate offer comes in for either of them.
With that in mind, here is what United's dream line up could look like by the end of the month:
