Jean-Clair Todibo confirms transfer talks and lifts lid on Manchester United trial
Man Utd are looking to sign at least one centre-back in the summer and the Nice defender has been linked.
Jean-Clair Todibo has confirmed he has held transfer talks amid interest from Manchester United in his signature.

The 24-year-old has established himself as one of the best centre-backs in Ligue 1 and could be on the move this summer as he looks to make the next step in his career.
United are one of the team who admire him, while he is also believed to be on the radar for Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur. The Ineos ownership of Nice would theoretically make a deal for Todibo rather straightforward, though there would be obvious concerns about the optics of signing a player from a club they also own.
It is understood United will look to sign at least one centre-back this summer, while there is a preference to sign two if possible, given that Raphael Varane will leave as a free agent and Victor Lindelof could be sold.
Speaking this week, Todibo was coy on the links to both United and Tottenham, but admitted he had discussed his future ahead of a possible summer exit. "Honestly, I don't want to talk about [my future] because of my respect for the fans here and the club also," he told The Telegraph. "But we had a little discussion, for sure."
It has been a whirlwind few years for Todibo, who actually had a trial with United when he was a teenager. Speaking about his week with the club in 2016 he added: "It was a good experience. I discovered a little bit what the professional world was like."
