We’ve rounded up every incoming and outgoing from Manchester United over the last month.

Another January transfer window has ended at Manchester United, with a number of incomings and outgoings at Old Trafford.

The uncertainties surrounding the club’s short-term future meant significant funds were never going to be spent on transfers, but three loan deals did take place. The most significant of those was Marcel Sabizer, who joined on a temporary deal from Bayern Munich following the news of Christian Eriksen’s injury. The midfielder is set to miss the next three or four months due to an ankle issue, in addition to the knee injury Donny van de Beek sustained in January that rule him out until next season.

Speaking after he was announced as a United player, Sabitzer said: “Sometimes in life you have to make quick and important decisions. From the moment I heard about this opportunity I knew it was right for me. I am a competitive player; I want to win and help the club achieve its aims this season.

“I feel that I am at my peak as a player, and that I can contribute a lot of experience and energy to the squad. I am excited to start with my new team-mates and manager and to show my qualities to Manchester United fans.”

Meanwhile, in terms of outgoings, several players departed the club on short-term deals. Three were confirmed on deadline day, with Charlie McNeill, Di’Shon Bernard and Axel Tuanzebe completing loans to EFL sides. In total, there were six players who left United on loan, with three coming in the other direction.
