All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Manchester United as the international break takes hold.

Manchester United are now on break for the best part of two weeks due to the final round of international fixtures of 2023. The Red Devils went into the break following a narrow 1-0 win over Luton Town, bouncing back from their 4-3 Champions League defeat to Copenhagen.

Erik ten Hag has come under considerable pressure over recent weeks, but the win over the Hatters should ease that pressure a little ahead of a tough run of fixtures on the other side of the break. In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Old Trafford.

Antony latest

Antony may have struggled for form since his big-money move to Old Trafford, but Ten Hag is not ready to give up on him. According to Football Insider, the Dutchman is willing to block any approach for Antony in January.

It's claimed Ten Hag still fully believes in the former Ajax winger and is willing to give him time to succeed. It comes after reports elsewhere claimed Antony would be placed on the transfer list alongside Anthony Martial and Jadon Sancho this winter.

Onana AFCON plan

United are already said to have a plan in place in case Andre Onana jets off for AFCON early next year. Onana is set to take part in AFCON for Cameroon, although he will hold talks with the nation's federation first due to a previous fallout.

Recent reports have claimed that United could make a further goalkeeper signing to cover for Onana's absence, but according to ESPN, summer signing Altay Bayindir is the man who will cover despite the fact he is still awaiting his Premier League debut. Bayindir came highly rated from Fenerbahce during the summer, and it seems he could get his big opportunity the other side of Christmas, given the possibility of Onana being away for a few weeks.
