The Red Devils are yet to add any names to their squad this month, but it is outgoings that seem to be the focus for interim manager Ralf Rangnick.

According to 90min, Jesse Lingard could finally seal a move away from the Red Devils before the 11pm deadline, with the site claiming talks between the club and Newcastle United are at an ‘advanced’ stage.

They add there is ‘real optimism’ that the 29-year-old will come and help Eddie Howe’s side fight relegation this season.
Lingard spent the second half of last campaign on loan with West Ham United, where he scored nine goals and assisted his team-mates on five occasions in 15 appearances.

The shot-stopper hasn’t featured regularly for the Red Devils this season and could be on his way to the North East in order to gain more game-time.
They claim that Howe is said to be ‘unconvinced’ by Newcastle no.1 Martin Dubravka, thus looking to bring Henderson to St James’ Park before the 11pm deadline.

Dutch midfielder Donny van de Beek is ‘set’ to join Everton on loan for the remainder of the campaign, with him undergoing a medical in Liverpool.
This according to Sky Sports, who say the Toffees will pay van de Beek’s wages in full while at Goodison Park, but will have no option to buy the 24-year-old at the end of his loan spell.
The Dutchman has opted to join the Merseyside club, despite interest from Crystal Palace and Valencia.
Van de Beek has struggled for minutes at Old Trafford since his arrival from Ajax in August 2020, making just 50 appearances.
