Date every Manchester United player’s contract expires and SIX who could leave for free this summer

With so many potential departures at the end of the season, it could be a busy transfer window at Old Trafford.

Manchester United could lose up to six players for free this summer when their contracts expire at the end of the season.

It could lead to a busy transfer market as the Red Devils look for key replacements between now and the start of the 2022/23 campaign.

In particular, United may be light up front should they not sign a striker in the off-season, with Ralf Rangnick confirming last month the club would look to bring in a centre-forward this summer.

But a dig into the contract status of several club stars raises another alarming concern, with 11 current players set to enter the final year of their deals in the summer.

However, United have tied down around half of their squad to long-term deals, with 19 of the current roster on contracts that have at least another two years to run on them.

With that in mind, we’ve had a look at every senior player on United’s books and when their contracts are set to expire. However, it is worth noting the club do have the option to add an additional year on the contracts of several players.
